Maharashtra to Get 27 New Roads Under PM-JANMAN

The Ministry of Rural Development has approved 27 roads spanning 50.13 km under the PM-JANMAN connectivity program in Maharashtra, with an investment of ₹50.35 crore.
This initiative aims to provide all-weather road connectivity to 27 Particularly Vulnerable Tribal Group (PVTG) habitations, improving their socio-economic conditions. It will enhance rural connectivity, link remote villages to urban centers, boost trade and commerce, and create employment opportunities.
The project is expected to have a transformative impact, strengthening access to healthcare, education, and markets, while fostering economic growth in tribal regions.
