Maharashtra Signs MoU for ₹5,127 Cr FDI in Logistics Parks

The Maharashtra government has signed a memorandum of understanding with Horizon Industrial Parks and Xsio Logistics Parks to develop over ten industrial and logistics parks across the state. The initiative aims to boost the state’s infrastructure through a significant foreign direct investment of ₹5,127 crore.
The parks will be built across 794.2 acres in strategic locations including Panvel, Bhiwandi, Chakan (Pune), Nagpur, and Sinnar (Nashik), with a planned construction area of 18.5 million sq ft. Designed to meet sustainability standards, the development is set to enhance Maharashtra’s position as a logistics and industrial hub.
