Mahagun Group launches ₹600-cr realty project

Adding to its project portfolio in the country's real estate sector, the Delhi-based realty builder Mahagun Group recently announced the launch of its new commercial real estate project called Mahagun Marina Walk at Greater Noida West involving an investment of ₹600 crore.

An official spokesperson said that the retail project would comprise of shopping area, multiplex, hotel and office spaces. Marina Walk, the new retail project from Mahagun Group will be developed on a total plot area of 18,694 sq mt and will have a built-up area of 1.16 million sq feet and that in the project the group plans to sell approx 4.3 lakh sq ft area and will retain the remaining portion of the space for its itself.
