Lulu Group unveils Rs.2,000 cr mall in Lucknow

In order to add to the luster of the commercial real estate segment of the state capital, MA Yusuffali owned Lulu Group has decided to build a mega mall project in Lucknow an investment of Rs.2,000 crore. An announcement on this score was made at the just concluded UP Investors Summit in Lucknow by group’s Chairman. He added that the company is making north India's largest shopping Mall with more than 20 lakh sqft. built up area featuring more than 200 international and national brands along with 11 Multiplex screens, 2500-seater Food court and more than 20 fine Dining Restaurants. UP has huge potential in various sectors and the company is exploring investment opportunities in retail, hospitality & food processing sector in Kanpur and Noida respectively. In India, it owns the Lulu Mall in Kochi and 2 Marriott hotels in Kerala and the other upcoming projects include, Lulu International Convention Center & Grand Hyatt Hotel in Bolghatty, Kerala, shopping Mall and hotels in Lucknow, Thiruvanthapuram, Hyderabad, and Vishakhapatnam, he added.
