Adding to its project portfolio in the NCR’s real estate sector, Godrej Properties in a recent move has expanded its footprint in residential segment by starting a new project in Gurgaon, thereby, making GPL‘s 12th project in the National Capital Region (NCR). This project will offer around 7.5 lakh sqft of saleable area and will be developed as a group housing development. Alongside the project has also strengthened its development portfolio in NCR and fits to its strategy of deepening presence across India's leading cities. The company will go all out to ensure that this project delivers a great experience for its residents, Executive Chairman, Godrej Properties, Pirojsha Godrej, said that the company had entered the NCR property market half a decade ago.
