Lodha clocks Rs. 800-cr sale in February

Lodha February Sale
Recording an amazing surge in property sales, Lodha Developer, the country's largest real estate company announced the results of its best-ever month in FY16-17 as in the month of February it clocked new sales of over Rs. 800cr. This achievement is a testimony of the company's capabilities and expertise to outperform market expectations despite ambiguity about India's economy and the impact of demonetization on the real estate sector. As a matter of fact, Lodha Group witnessed a strong customer response to its new launches at World Towers (Codename Trinity) and Palava (Central Park) being the largest contributors to overall sales. The company sold over 850 units in the month of February alone across price ranges from Rs. 40 lakhs to Rs. 10-cr across projects from mass to luxury housing. Over 6000 customers visited various project sites - highest ever footfalls as compared to other months of the current financial year, said Chief Sales Officer (CSO), Prashant Bindal, claiming that the company is overwhelmed with the kind of customer response it received in the month of February, especially when there have been contradictory theories about the economy and real estate sector's performance.
