Lighthouse Funds has invested ₹300 crore in Knest Manufacturers Private Limited, India’s leading construction technology company specializing in next-generation building systems such as aluminium formwork and patented hydraulic safety screens. Founded in 2015, Knest offers advanced construction technologies that accelerate project timelines, improve worker safety, and reduce environmental impact. Headquartered in Pune, the company operates three modern manufacturing facilities across Maharashtra and Gujarat, with an annual production capacity exceeding 2 million square meters of aluminium formwork, along with a growing portfolio of safety solutions.
As one of the world’s largest aluminium formwork manufacturers, Knest is driving the ‘Make in India’ and ‘Made in India’ initiatives. The ₹300 crore investment by Lighthouse Funds will support Knest in strengthening its R&D, expanding manufacturing capacity, and pursuing backward integration to meet the rising demand for modern construction solutions across India.
