L&T Realty & Valor Estate to Develop ₹20,000 cr Project in Mumbai

L&T Realty, the property development arm of Larsen & Toubro, has entered into a binding agreement with Valor Estate (formerly DB Realty) to jointly develop a project worth over ₹20,000 crore on a 10-acre land parcel in Mumbai’s Bandra-Kurla Complex (BKC), according to sources.

The companies plan to build a mixed-use project featuring premium housing, commercial spaces, and a 1,000-key five-star luxury hotel. This development will be on a combination of revenue and area-share basis, and the land parcel is strategically located next to the upcoming Bombay High Court complex.
