L&T emerges lowest bidder for Delhi - Meerut RRTS corridor
Larsen & Toubro has emerged as the lowest bidder for the 82.15 km long Delhi – Meerut RRTS Line's Package-17 involving the supply and installation of tracks. NCRTC had invited bids from firms in April 2020 with a deadline of 1260 days. The technical bids were opened in July with three major bidders – L&T, IRCON and KEC International. The scope of the work includes manufacturing, supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of ballast-less or ballasted tracks from Sarai Kale Khan to Modi Puram including Jangpura Stabling Yard, Duhai and Modipuram Depots for RRTS Corridor of NCRTC.
