KSH INFRA to Invest ₹550 Cr in New Industrial & Logistics Park in Tamil Nadu

KSH INFRA, a leading developer of sustainable Grade A industrial and logistics infrastructure in India, has announced a ₹550 crore investment in its second park in Tamil Nadu. The new facility will be developed on 60 acres of freehold land in the Sriperumbudur–Oragadam industrial belt, with a total development potential of 1.6 million sq. ft.

Strategically located with 600 meters of road frontage and excellent multimodal connectivity, the upcoming park is well-positioned near the Chennai–Bangalore Expressway (NE7), which is nearing completion. This enhances access to key industrial hubs, ports, and consumption centers—making it a prime destination for manufacturing and allied sectors.

The Sriperumbudur–Oragadam corridor is already home to major global and domestic players like Hyundai, Samsung, Foxconn, Dell, CEAT, MRF, JK Tyre, Danfoss, and Apollo Tyres, and is rapidly emerging as a major multi-sectoral industrial cluster. Ongoing infrastructure developments—such as the Peripheral Ring Road, Greenfield Airport at Parandur, MMLP at Mappedu, and the Aerospace Park—further strengthen the region’s position within the Chennai–Bangalore Industrial Corridor (CBIC).

The project by KSH INFRA is designed to meet the growing infrastructure demands of the automotive, electronics, and engineering sectors. Construction is slated to begin by March–April 2026, and the development is expected to generate over 1,500 employment opportunities in the region.

Speaking about the upcoming project, Rohit Hegde, Managing Director, KSH INFRA, said, “At KSH INFRA, we began with a clear vision to build world-class Industrial & Logistics Parks across four key cities like Pune, Mumbai, Bangalore, and Chennai. With our presence now established in three of these markets, including this new development in the Sriperumbudur belt of Chennai, we are well and truly on our way to realizing that vision. Over the next 2 to 3 years, our goal is to scale up to over 10 million square feet of high-quality, sustainable infrastructure across these high-growth corridors. We deeply understand the evolving needs of the industrial sector in India and are committed to playing a meaningful role in driving the 'Make in India' mission by enabling manufacturing, generating employment, and creating long-term value for our partners, clients and communities.”

Sundaresan Vaidyanathan, CEO, KSH INFRA, added, “At KSH INFRA, Industrial development is part of our DNA, which makes our expansion into South India a natural and strategic progression. Our in-house team brings deep expertise across all facets of industrial real estate from fundraising, land acquisition, design, development, leasing to exit. We also collaborate with some of the industry’s best consultants to ensure our parks are compliant, future-ready, and built to endure. As we grow, we remain focused on reinforcing our regional teams with passionate professionals who can act as catalysts in achieving our long-term vision for sustainable and impactful industrial infrastructure.”
