Kolte-Patil Signs Joint Development Deal for Pune Project

Pune-based Kolte-Patil Developers has signed a joint development agreement for a residential and mixed-use project in Wadgaon Khurd on Sinhagad Road, Pune. Spread over 22 acres, the project offers a total saleable area of approximately 5 million sq ft and has an estimated gross developable value (GDV) of ₹4,000 crore.
