KNR Constructions has announced that KNR Srirangam Infra, its wholly owned subsidiary, has received the appointed date to start construction on the highway project entailing an investment of ₹1,020 crore. The road infra builder has received the go-ahead from NHAI for widening and strengthening the Trichy to KaUagam Section of NH-227 under Bhartmala Pariyojana (Residual Project under NHDP) in Tamil Nadu. The company is fast tracking the work to ensure that the highway is commissioned within the stipulated timeline.
