Kanakia Spaces to Invest ₹1,100 Cr in Borivali Redevelopment Projects

Kanakia Spaces has signed two agreements to redevelop housing societies in Mumbai's Borivali area, with an investment of over ₹1,100 crore. The projects, spread over 3.3 acres, will offer a development potential of more than 1.2 million sq. ft., including six lakh sq. ft. of rehab saleable area. The gross development value (GDV) of these projects is estimated to exceed ₹1,500 crore.
