Govt Approves ₹11,000 Cr for Road Connectivity in Chhattisgarh
The Union government has approved ₹11,000 crore to enhance road connectivity in Chhattisgarh. The funds, sanctioned by Road Transport and Highways Minister Shri Nitin Gadkari, will be used to develop four major national highways, aimed at transforming the state's transport infrastructure and boosting industrial growth.
In addition, Gadkari approved the preparation of Detailed Project Reports (DPRs) for other road projects. The minister also reviewed ongoing national highway projects in the state, stressing the importance of removing obstacles causing delays.
