Leading developer Kalpataru has launched KalpataruParkcity, an integrated mixed use township on Kolshet Road in Thane. It will offer ready to move 2, 3, and 4 BHK units. Parkcity also houses Parkside Galleria, one of the country largest and one of its kind real estate experience centres spread across 40,000 sqft. The township is situated around the 20.5 acre Grand Central Park which is inspired by global parks such as Singapore's Gardens by the Bay and Chicago's Millennium Park. Notable features include a three acre lake zone with landscaped promenade and fountains, thematic gardens, Flora Trellis, viewing decks, and an Iconic Bridge with panoramic views of the park. While individual projects within the townships will have their own amenities such as swimming pools, sports zones, clubhouses, lawns and other facilities, the township's wider amenities will include jogging paths, outdoor fitness stations, a Racket Club and Box Cricket Pitch, among others.
