Jubilee Group launches ₹200-cr realty project in Mohali
A newly formed young and professionally managed real estate organization, Jubilee Group, recently announced the launch of RERA approved commercial project, which has been named as 'Jubilee Walk' and claimed it to be the 1st International High Street Concept to come up in the Mohali city of Punjab, Director of the Group, Sanyam Dudeja, said, elaborating that the project, spread over 2.02 acres of land located on the prime junction of International Airport and Himalaya Marg. It will be equipped with world class Signature Retail & Office Suites, Entertainment area, food jounts, big parking space and many more on a patch of land acquired from Greater Mohali Area Development Authority (GMADA) in auction. This is the second commercial project launched by the Group, design & concept by Singapore based RSP, with an investment outlay of about ₹200 crore, he added.
