JMS Group has acquired 8.65 acres in Sector 95, New Gurugram, Haryana, for a new residential project. The company plans to invest approximately ₹400 crore in construction, aiming to redefine urban living. The project is expected to generate revenue of ₹1,000 crore upon completion. Construction will commence after obtaining necessary approvals, with completion anticipated within the next few years.
