JLL to Open New 120,000 sq ft Office in Hyderabad, Create 1,600 High-Skilled Jobs by 2026

JLL has signed a lease for a major new office facility in Hyderabad and plans to create over 1,600 highly skilled jobs by the end of Q1 2026. The 120,000 sq ft workspace will house JLL Business Services (JBS), the company’s global operations delivery platform, and will span two floors at the Prestige Sky Tech building in Hyderabad’s Financial District.

The new facility will become JBS’s second strategic hub in India, marking JLL’s transition from traditional support functions to advanced business operations that power its global real estate consulting capabilities. Once operational, Hyderabad will join JLL’s network of Shared Service Centers across six countries, which collectively employ more than 6,000 professionals, over half of whom are based in India.

JBS functions as JLL’s Global Capability Center (GCC), delivering advanced analytics, technology-driven solutions, and strategic advisory services across finance, HR, project and development services, lease administration, and other complex business operations supporting clients worldwide.
