JLG Showcases New-Gen Lifts and Innovations at bauma 2025
JLG Industries, a leading global manufacturer of mobile elevating work platforms and telehandlers, returned to bauma 2025 with a wide range of new-generation boom lifts and low-level access equipment.
Reinforcing its commitment to the European market, JLG was supported by its regional subsidiaries—Hinowa, AUSA, and Power Towers from Italy, Spain, and the UK. The JLG stand featured a strong lineup of innovative products, highlighting the company’s advanced design and manufacturing capabilities. AUSA also showcased its offerings at a separate stand.

Elevating Electrification
In line with this year’s Bauma themes of climate neutrality and alternative drive concepts, JLG presented several new zero-emission products.
JLG launched two new electric models at this year’s show: the all-new EC450AJ Compact, a compact electric rough terrain boom designed in Europe and locally manufactured at the company’s facility in Italy, and the new EC660AJ rough terrain boom.
“By showcasing these models, we demonstrate how we’re constantly assessing and developing new solutions to match the needs of an evolving market,” says Rogerio Dos Santos, JLG VP EMEAI & Global Strategy and M&A. “We are constantly examining where our customers want to take technology and developing solutions that meet these needs.”
Pushing Digital Boundaries
In line with its purpose to be a solutions-oriented innovator, JLG demonstrated the latest evolution of ClearSky Smart Fleet™. “As leaders in the access industry, we are relentlessly pushing the boundaries of technological advancement and integration,” adds Dos Santos.
The ClearSky Smart Fleet™ platform was developed with evolution in mind and continues to transform previous one-way telematics into a two-way solution that allows the machine and user to communicate. “This robust, purpose-built solution is revolutionizing the way customers manage their equipment and will continue to evolve, bringing even greater added value,” says James W. Hahessy, Product Manager – Connected Solutions, JLG EMEA.
Visitors to the JLG stand also saw several Power Towers products, including the Power Tower Duo and the Nano30CS confined space model.
Alongside the JLG machines on the stand were four models from its Hinowa line (TC30, LL20.10 BI/Energy, TPX1800E, and HS121203E) and two machines from its AUSA line, the D151AEG and T164E.
“We were excited to return to bauma this year and welcomed visitors to our stand to explore our latest innovations,” said Dos Santos. “We were also proud to share the stage with products from Hinowa, AUSA, and Power Towers, showcasing our combined capabilities and complementary offerings. This strong collaboration allows us to better serve our customers in Europe and around the world.”
