Jharkhand gets new rural road network

In a bid to build world-class road network in the state, the state government in Jharkhand launches multiple road projects across the state. The CM laid the foundation stone for six road construction schemes of Road-Construction Department at Bhababbandi village of Khardida in East Singhbhum district. As per the project construction of 32.80 km long road will take place from Dumaria to Kovali at a cost of ₹55.506 crore. In another case, the construction of the Lilam Valley road from Kovali-Length 6.50 kilometers, to be constructed at a cost of ₹17.68 crore and with completion of project Jharkhand's Potka and Dumria block will directly be connected with Odisha. The state government is working fast in developing infrastructure on the basis of the schemes sketched by the people of the village including to electrify 32,000 villages of Jharkhand for which work will be done to make a separate feeder from 2019 for cultivation, separate feeder for the industry and electricity from the separate feeder for the general public, the chief minister said.
