SITC expands operational ambit to Indian East Coast

SITC
SITC International Holdings, with an extensive network encompassing 75 service routes across 17 nations and 76 major ports in China, Korea, Japan, Singapore, and Vietnam, has embarked on a significant new endeavor. The shipping company recently announced a direct service connecting the fast-growing China–Southeast Asia route to the Indian East Coast.

Shortly after establishing its initial association with India earlier this year from Kolkata, SITC's presence will now expand to Vizag and Chennai, starting this month. SITC/ELS has launched the FIE1 service, a weekly offering that connects Qingdao, Shanghai, Ningbo, Shekou, Chennai, Visakhapatnam, and Port Klang. In addition to direct ports, their service extends to inland locations such as Bangalore, Jaipur, and Nepal, with a comprehensive exploration of additional inland destinations in North and Central India.
