Modi inaugurates multiple development projects worth Rs. 4200-cr in U'khand
Prime Minister Narendra Modi has laid the foundation stone and dedicated to the nation multiple development projects worth about Rs. 4200 crore in sectors including rural development, road, power, irrigation, drinking water, horticulture, education, health and disaster management, among others in Pithoragarh in Uttarakhand. The Prime Minister emphasized that the expanding connectivity of Uttarakhand is going to take the development of the state to new heights. He mentioned the Chardham Mega Project and All-Weather Road as well as Rishikesh-Karnprayag rail project.
