B L Kashyap and Sons, expanding its presence in the civil infrastructure sector, has secured two contracts totaling around Rs 271 crore. The first contract, valued at Rs 80 crore, comes from Jaganmayi Manor (JMPL) for the development of Sattva Verve in Pune, Maharashtra. The scope includes construction, structural work, and external civil work, with a completion timeline of 19 months.

The company has secured a second contract from Suparna Realtors (SRPL) for the Sattva Texonic commercial project in Bangalore, Karnataka. This Rs 191 crore project involves civil and finishing works, along with external development, with a scheduled completion within 20 months.
