Indore unveils tallest mix used towers

The MP Housing and Infrastructure Development Board (MPHIDB) recently given green signal to build an ambitious project, Rainbow Residency in the heart of Indore city. The project will be developed on 3.16 acres of land of Hope Textile mill in Snehlataganj area. The board issued a notice to invite tenders (NIT) to develop three 50 metre high towers, which are touted to be among the state‘s tallest buildings for which tender will be floated shortly. Deputy Commissioner (Indore circle), YK Dohare said that the project will take three years to complete. Each tower will have a parking lot, two service floors and will be over 15 floors high. There will be modern amenities like swimming pool and hi-tech lifts equipped with lush green garden offering 2 BHK and 3 BHK flats to be developed in two residential towers while the space in the commercial tower will be made available as per client’s demands. In this connection, all the mandatory permissions have been put in place including those from the fire department, environment department, and IMC, before the launch of the project.
