In its quest to speed up the Indore smart city project, which entailed an investment worth Rs. 5,099 crore, Indore Smart City Development Limited (ISCDL), the special purpose vehicle (SPV) has recently appointed a consortium of Rudrabhishek Enterprises Private Limited (REPL) and Knight Frank to provide consultancy services for the preparation of area based development master plan and detailed project reports (DPRs). The consortium will help the SPV in preparation of DPR along with cost estimates, coordination with various consultants, project prioritization & phasing, preparing capital investment plan, business plan and implementation roadmap, conducting feasibility study, bid process management for selection of implementing agencies and overall project management, among others.
