IIM Bangalore Invites Bids for Rs 400 Cr Sustainable Undergraduate Campus in Bengaluru

Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIMB) has floated a tender for the construction of its new Phase-I sustainable undergraduate campus on an EPC Mode II basis. The project, valued at Rs 400 crore, will be developed over 110 acres at Mahanthalingapura village in Anekal taluk, Bengaluru Urban district, approximately 25 km from the existing IIMB campus.

The first phase will include major infrastructure such as an academic block, library, performing arts centre, sports complex and hostel facilities. The construction timeline is set at 30 months, including the monsoon period.

The new campus aligns with IIMB’s vision to expand its academic footprint and offer sustainable, future-ready educational infrastructure.
