IIFCL Posts Record Performance for Fifth Straight Year

India Infrastructure Finance Company Limited (IIFCL) has reported its highest-ever annual performance for the fifth consecutive year, achieving record levels in sanctions, disbursements, and profitability for FY 2024-25.
The company sanctioned ₹51,124 crore and disbursed ₹28,501 crore during the year, registering year-on-year growth of 21% and 28%, respectively. Cumulative sanctions and disbursements as of March 31, 2025, stood at ₹3.06 lakh crore and ₹1.56 lakh crore. Including consolidated figures, these rise to ₹3.53 lakh crore and ₹1.79 lakh crore, with over half achieved in the last five years.
Profit before tax rose to an all-time high of ₹2,776 crore, up 37% from the previous year, while profit after tax grew by 39% to ₹2,165 crore—42 times higher than FY 2019-20.
IIFCL’s net worth increased by 15% to ₹16,395 crore, enhancing its lending capacity. Asset quality also improved significantly, with gross NPAs dropping to 1.11% and net NPAs to 0.35%. Around 93% of assets were externally rated ‘A’ and above, indicating robust portfolio quality. The company’s capital adequacy ratio stood strong at 23.44%, well above regulatory requirements.
