Hiab Secures Major Equipment Orders Worth EUR 15.4 Mn in the USA
Hiab, a leading global provider of smart and sustainable on-road load handling solutions, has secured significant orders in the United States for its MOFFETT truck-mounted forklifts, HIAB loader cranes, and WALTCO tail lifts, totaling EUR 15.4 million.
A strategic customer in the roofing supply sector placed two separate orders valued at EUR 7.2 million for HIAB loader cranes and MOFFETT truck-mounted forklifts. Additionally, two customers from the fleet management segment ordered WALTCO tail lifts worth EUR 8.2 million. These orders were booked in Q1 2025, with deliveries scheduled throughout the year.
Hiab has long-standing partnerships with these customers and continues to play a key role in their nationwide operations. The WALTCO tail lifts ordered include models from the C, EM, HLF, and WDV series, with the HLF series forming the bulk of the order. Known for their durability and versatility, WALTCO liftgates support a wide range of logistics and distribution applications across the US—from urban deliveries to heavy-duty transport—continuing a legacy of reliability spanning over 70 years.
