HDIL launches affordable housing projects

Adding to its project portfolio in the country's real estate segment, the renowned property builder, HDIL has recently decided to build twin affordable housing projects in Mumbai, said Vice-chairman & Managing Director, Sarang Wadhawan, elaborating that in the projects in question, the builder will provide affordable homes within Rs.50 lakh price range, inclusive of stamp duty and registration in the suburban areas of the Mumbai metropolitan city and also within the Rs.20 lakh range including stamp duty and registration charges, in Vasai–Virar region. He further added that the property builder has decided to strictly adhere to its commitment to cater to the burgeoning housing requirements of all sections of society.
