Real estate advisory firm, HDFC Realty, has launched Multi-city projects marketing and is in talks for over 40 housing projects stretching across 30 Grade-A real estate developers across the country, Chief Executive Officer, HDFC Realty, Vikram Goel said, elaborating that the player has already launched 10 projects, and will finalise talks for the other projects in 3-4 months. The company has recently carried out a pilot project with Gurgaon-based SARE Homes for selling their properties in Mumbai under the campaign named 'One India One Launch', and is in talks with a few of them in south India for the same. These are micro-market specific projects, it is undertaking now. The developer can launch his project in multiple cities under this initiative. The advisory firm is also planning to launch the second edition of online home sale shortly. It had launched an online auction for ready-to-move-in homes from grade-A developers in November last year, in association with iBidmyHome.com.
