Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel has sanctioned ₹381.16 crore for developing a high-speed corridor connecting Vadodara to Ekta Nagar. The project includes the construction of a six-lane road from the Vadodara National Highway 48 junction to Wuda Hadd, with service roads on both sides, and a standard four-lane route for the remaining 2.5 km from Wuda Hadd to Dabhoi as part of Phase-1.
The project will also feature two underpasses, two elevated corridors, a six-lane vehicle underpass at Ratanpur Chowk and Thuwavi Junction, and a four-lane elevated corridor at Kellanpur village and Sinor Chowk.
