The Gujarat government has allotted 10 acres of land to the Tata Group for developing residential apartments at the Dholera Special Investment Region (SIR), located around 110 km from Ahmedabad. The allocation supports Tata Electronics (TEPL), which is setting up its first semiconductor fabrication unit in the region, and aims to facilitate housing for professionals and workers associated with the upcoming facility.
