Godrej Properties Secures LoI for Two Prime Housing Projects in Gurugram

Godrej Properties (GPL) has secured the letter of intent (LoI) to develop two prime group housing plots in Gurugram. The first plot, measuring 3.6 acres, is located in the prestigious Golf Course Road area, while the second plot, spanning 1.97 acres, is strategically situated in Sector-39, close to NH-48.

These land parcels together offer a development potential of over one million sq. ft., with an estimated revenue potential of over Rs 3,400 crore. The projects will feature luxury residential apartments in various configurations, providing residents with a high-quality lifestyle and excellent connectivity.
