Godrej Properties Ltd. (GPL) has announced its entry into Panipat, Haryana, with plans to develop a 43-acre residential plotted township in Sector 40. This marks the company’s fourth plotted development project in North India.
The project will offer approximately 1.02 million sq. ft. of plotted residential space, featuring varied plot sizes and premium lifestyle amenities. Strategically located with access from the National Highway, the site is also well-connected to social infrastructure, making it a promising residential destination in Panipat.
