Godrej Properties Acquires 26-Acre Land in Bengaluru for Rs 1,100 Cr Housing Project

Godrej Properties Ltd. has acquired a 26-acre land parcel in South Bengaluru, near Sarjapur Road, to develop a premium residential project with an estimated revenue potential of Rs 1,100 crore.

The company stated that the newly acquired land is a prime location in one of Bengaluru’s fastest-growing residential corridors. The proposed project will feature premium housing designed to meet the city’s rising demand for high-quality living spaces.
