GNIDA awaits Rs.3,000 cr investment

A high level Japanese delegation from the Japanese Embassy and members of Japanese External Trade Organization has recently in a meeting with Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA) chairman Rahul Bhatnagar has committed to invest worth Rs.3,000 crore across 250 acres of land in Greater Noida. Prior to this, an 18-member Japanese delegation met Satish Mahana, Uttar Pradesh industrial development minister and state principal secretary (industries) Alok Sinha in New Delhi showing their keenness in investing in the state. According to GNIDA officials, the delegation is keen in setting up IT and/or automobile units in the area. The delegation took note of the various infrastructure development projects coming up in Greater Noida and also the land availability details in Ecotech sectors 9 and 10. Facts of availability of land, land rates, land location, FAR policy, and land use terms and condition, have also been shared with them.
