A Dubai-based real estate developer, Gemini Group, has planned to invest ₹500 crore in Mumbai property market, Chairman, Gemini Group, Sudhakar Rao said, adding that the company is planning to launch its first project in Mumbai‘s prime location by the first quarter of 2019. The project in question in Mumbai will be construction in a joint venture scheme and will be a luxury project and in the near future the company has decided to shift to affordable housing and has targeted to construct 3,600 sq. ft. apartments.
