Gehini Developers plans luxury project

Adding to its project portfolio in the realty sector, Gehini Developer has recently announced to set up a luxurious 'spiritual' club property in the temple town of Tirupati at an investment of Rs.150 crore, said an official spokesperson recently explaining that the property located on a 11 acre site will have luxurious facilities and a spiritual ambience in the foothills of the famous Tirumala shrine to add to the comfort of visitors. As a company engaged in real estate projects, both housing townships and commercial, this will be the builder’s maiden foray into such a themed park where the ambience will suit the pilgrims visiting the holy town. Named Dollar's Grand Club, the project will provide visitors religious services, helipad, spa, business amenities, and amphi-theatres.
