Real estate building player, GAP Associates, has targeted to invest ₹500 crore to develop multiple projects at industrial smart city Dholera, Gujarat. Ambrish Parajiya, the Director, informed that the company has received RERA approval from the Gujarat Real Estate Regulatory Authority for its maiden residential project named Greenera Gardenvilla in Dholera Special Investment Region (Dholera-SIR). It has planned to launch 18 projects there, mostly housing, commercial and industrial projects. It will build 13 housing projects with 500 units at an investment of over ₹300 crore and industrial projects will be constructed at a cost of over ₹40 crore. The company will also develop three commercial projects, including a hotel of 750 housing units at an estimated investment of over ₹165 crore.
