Gainwell Commosales Announces Board Appointment of Akanksha Chaturvedi

Gainwell Commosales Pvt. Ltd. has announced the appointment of Ms. Akanksha Chaturvedi to its Board of Directors, effective January 1, 2026. She will continue in her role as Executive Director & Chief Growth Officer (ED & CGO).

In her expanded leadership role, Ms. Chaturvedi will spearhead the company’s growth agenda across marketing, business development, ESG, diversity & inclusion, digital initiatives, and aftermarket programs. Her responsibilities span both the Construction Equipment business and the Caterpillar Power business, strengthening Gainwell’s position across key infrastructure and energy segments.
