ESR Group Expands Oragadam Industrial & Logistics Park Chennai
This ₹276 crore investment underscores ESR's commitment to enhancing Tamil Nadu's industrial infrastructure. The park’s first two phases have successfully attracted high-quality tenants, including electromechanical solutions provider CUBIC, automotive R&D firm A2Mac1, and specialty labeling company CCL.
The expansion will provide opportunities for more major customers to establish operations in the Oragadam-Sriperumbudur precinct, an area that has seen strong demand for Grade A industrial buildings. The scarcity of large contiguous land parcels in Oragadam further enhances the value of ESR's Industrial and Logistics Park.
