Eros Group plans ₹130-cr development in retail & residential project

Eros Group has started the construction of a realty project worth ₹130 crore covering an area of 35,000 - 40,000sqft. It houses retail space and six residential towers in Greater Noida in its existing residential project Eros Sampoornam. Director, Avneesh Sood, informed that the company, which is also in the hospitality sector, will develop the commercial project to provide a one-stop destination for the families residing in Eros Sampoornam and the catchment area and will meet project costs from internal accruals and advance payments from customers. Sampoornam Mart is a RERA registered project and will be delivered in 2023 with a provision for everything starting from vegetables, fruits, grocery, designer wear, jewellery shops, food courts, swanky restaurants and many more. The company has adopted both the sale and lease model to monetize the project.
