Enerpac Introduces New CR-Series Cribbing Ring Sets and TJP-Series Hydraulic Toe Jack

Enerpac-CR-Series
Enerpac, a manufacturer of high-pressure hydraulic tools, controlled force products, and heavy lifting solutions, has introduced its latest product offerings: the CR-Series Cribbing Ring Sets and the TJP-Series 30-Ton Hydraulic Toe Jack. These purpose-built solutions are designed to raise the standard of safety, efficiency, and control in industrial lifting and machine-moving operations.

These products expand Enerpac's growing portfolio of precision lifting solutions for the Indian market. The addition of the CR-Series Cribbing Ring Sets, available in standard and tall configurations, alongside the TJP-Series Hydraulic Toe Jack, reinforces the company's commitment to providing operators with safe, reliable, and high-performance lifting solutions for demanding industrial applications.

The CR-Series Cribbing Ring Sets replace improvised cribbing methods, such as wooden blocks and steel plates, with an interlocking, engineered system that delivers consistent, predictable load support across critical applications. From transformer installations and bridge bearing replacements to load holding in stage-lighting setups, the CR-Series provides a stable, mechanically secured foundation that keeps operators in control throughout every phase of the lift. An innovative detachable fork design enables hands-free positioning and rotation of U-Rings and spacers, keeping operators clear of the load at all times. Available in three capacity variants—the CR30, CR50, and CR100—the series covers a lifting range of 30 to 150 tonnes, making it suitable for a broad spectrum of operations. The system extends lift height, maintains alignment, and eliminates guesswork from high-stakes operations.

The TJP-Series 30-Ton Hydraulic Toe Jack addresses one of the most common challenges on crowded plant floors: lifting and moving heavy machinery, including CNC and VMC machines, in confined spaces with minimal ground clearance. Constructed from aluminium and weighing just 80 kg, the TJP308 is significantly lighter than conventional steel jacks without compromising on capacity. A 200 mm stroke, adjustable three-position tilting toe, foldable side legs, and solid rubber wheels make it equally capable of lifting in place and transporting equipment across the facility floor. With hydraulic power supplied by a remote pump, operators can work from a safer, more ergonomic position, reducing physical strain without compromising productivity. "As Indian industry scales up across manufacturing, infrastructure, and energy, the tools used to lift, hold, and move heavy loads must keep pace with the demands of the job. The CR-Series and TJP-Series are engineered to perform in the conditions our customers actually face—in tight spaces, with heavy loads, and in operations where every lift counts. These products deliver precise, controlled force exactly where it is needed, giving teams the confidence to execute critical tasks efficiently," said Anindya Pal, Director, Enerpac India.
