Sinoboom Launches TB39ERJ Plus HD and TB42ERJ Plus HD Electric Boom Lifts

Sinoboom has launched two electric telescopic boom lifts
Sinoboom has launched two electric telescopic boom lifts, the TB39ERJ Plus HD and TB42ERJ Plus HD, as part of its Plus series. The new models are designed for high-reach applications, with a focus on operational flexibility, load capacity, energy efficiency and simplified maintenance.

Both machines feature an X-type chassis that balances transportability and stability. With the axles retracted, the machine width is 2.49 m, increasing to 3.34 m when extended. The narrower stowed width allows transportation on flatbed trucks and in high-cube containers. The models share a platform with their diesel counterparts, with common components across models to help rental companies manage spare-parts inventories.

The TB39ERJ Plus HD and TB42ERJ Plus HD use a 336 V automotive-grade powertrain incorporating Inovance technology and an integrated three-in-one motor. The system is designed to improve transmission efficiency and cooling performance while reducing energy consumption and supporting reliable operation.

Both models offer three-stage platform load capacities of 480 kg and 340 kg in restricted modes, and 250 kg in unrestricted mode. The restricted modes accommodate two occupants, while the unrestricted mode allows up to three occupants, along with tools, within the specified load limits.

The TB39ERJ Plus HD offers a maximum working height of 41.2 m, while the TB42ERJ Plus HD reaches 43.6 m. Their maximum horizontal working envelopes are 22.7 m, 23.6 m and 24.7 m across the two restricted modes and the unrestricted mode, respectively.

For manoeuvrability, the machines feature 235-degree jib rotation, comprising 160 degrees to the left and 75 degrees to the right, along with 360-degree continuous turntable rotation and 180-degree platform rotation. Four steering modes—four-wheel, crab, rear-wheel and front-wheel steering—provide flexibility when positioning the equipment on site.

Both boom lifts are compatible with Sinoboom's Range Extender, which is designed to extend operating time. Their power systems are arranged on the turntable to improve service access and include power-failure protection to safeguard personnel and equipment.

Gavin Wang, Rotating Director of Sinoboom R&D Center, said the new models were developed to meet growing demand for emissions-free access equipment for high-reach applications. He added that the machines combine the performance expected by customers with a low-noise, emissions-free solution for projects with strict emissions requirements.

The TB39ERJ Plus HD and TB42ERJ Plus HD are available in India, Southeast Asia and mainland Europe.
