Embassy unveils ₹288-cr warehousing facility

Embassy Industrial Parks has ventured into south India and has acquired a 60-acre land parcel in Bengaluru to set up a 1.3 million sq ft of warehousing facility at an investment of ₹288 crore. CEO, Anshul Singhal, said that the company has already defined its footprint in the north and plans to scale up business rapidly across various cities. The company has signed 500,000 sq ft with Stellar Value Chains as their client for this project. The upcoming industrial park is strategically located along the Bengaluru-Chennai highway and close to State Industries Promotion Corporation of Tamil Nadu (SIPCOT). Currently, the firm has three functional logistics & industrial parks in Delhi-NCR and in Pune and is in the process of acquiring about 300 acres of land in Hyderabad and Mumbai.
