Embassy REIT has planned to build 57 lakh sq ft of space in Pune, Bengaluru and Noida involving an investment of ₹2,000 crore. The REIT, listed player, has a portfolio of eight infrastructure segments including office parks and four city-centre office buildings in Bengaluru, Mumbai, Pune, and the NCR. The company has fixed on the radar large corporate clients already soliciting request for proposals (RFPs) and given this, the company has expedited construction to meet future office space demand as this is an appropriate opportunity to build the product and keep it ready. Vikaash Khdloya, Deputy CEO and COO of Embassy REIT, informed that the company is also looking for the acquisition of large scale brownfield office parks in Noida, Gurgaon, Hyderabad and Chennai.
