Elante Group, a luxury real estate building player, has decided to build two luxury projects in Gurugram at an investment of over $4 million. The projects, which include apartments with a Work from Home (WFH) facility, will be built under the latest design trends to attract young working professionals and NRIs returning to India and looking for good options for investment in the reality class. Founder and CEO, Akash Kohli, informed that in the new housing projects, the builder is going to develop around 8 residencies. The sudden rise in demand for luxury homes in small and gated society indicates that buyers now want to invest in office-ready homes as the COVID-19 pandemic in Indian metropolitans has turned the working community like never before. The project comprises two plots of 500 yards each having 1000 yards of luxurious development. Elante Group has launched multiple housing projects in Gurugram since its inception and delivered all of them within the stipulated timelines. The effect of the ongoing pandemic has significantly changed luxury housing and prospective buyers are widely embraced by these improvements.
