DLF Plans to Launch 11 Million Sq. Ft. of New Projects in FY25

Real estate major DLF aims to introduce more than 11 million sq. ft. (msf) of new products in the fiscal year 2025, targeting diverse markets such as Gurugram, Mumbai, Goa, and Chandigarh Tri-city. These launches are estimated to have a sales potential of approximately Rs 36,000 crore, contributing to the sustained growth of the business.

Driven by robust demand in the residential segment, the developer is strategically introducing a balanced supply across various micro markets. DLF recently launched around six million sq. ft. (msf), witnessing strong absorption and achieving full inventory monetization during the launch period.

In Q4 FY24, DLF reported a net profit of Rs 927 crore, marking a year-on-year (y-o-y) growth of 60 percent. The company recorded sales bookings of Rs 14,778 crore during the year, reflecting its strong performance and market presence.
