Smart City Road Work in Panaji may miss May 31 deadline

the deadline for completing ongoing smart city work in Panaji
As the deadline for completing ongoing smart city work in Panaji approaches on May 31, Imagine Panaji Smart City Development Limited (IPSCDL) faces practical challenges in completing the smart road work from Caculo Mall to the Tonca sewerage treatment plant (STP).

While the cumulative target for completing all road works and making the road functional is May 31, IPSCDL anticipates a delay for this particular stretch due to significant obstacles.

The depth of sewerage works along the stretch, nearly 8 meters below road level and below the bed of the St Inez creek, presents major drilling challenges, leading to the possibility of a longer timeframe for completion, as stated by IPSCDL.
