Dilip Buildcon-STL Wins ₹1,625 Cr BSNL BharatNet Project in J&K & Ladakh

The STL-Dilip Buildcon (DBL) consortium has secured the contract as the lowest bidder (L1) for BSNL’s BharatNet Phase-III broadband project in Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh. Valued at ₹1,625.36 crore and funded by the Universal Service Obligation Fund (USOF), the project will deliver middle-mile and last-mile broadband connectivity to these regions.

Dilip Buildcon’s share of project execution is 70.23%, with a construction timeline of three years. Additionally, the company will handle a 10-year maintenance contract, ensuring sustained broadband infrastructure support across J&K and Ladakh.
